Every year the end of school comes and kids like to celebrate. Keep in mind that common sense and respect for others still needs to be remembered. For example: WATER BALLOONS OF ANY SORT OR USE IN SCHOOL WILL BE CONSIDERED - DISORDERLY CONDUCT WHICH IS A MISDEAMEANOR. THROWING WATER BALLOONS FROM OR AT A MOTOR VEHICLE IS ALSO A MISDEMEANOR. THROWING WATER BALLOONS HAS ALSO CAUSED DAMAGE TO PROPERTY IN THE PAST (THIS WOULD BE CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY). Throwing balloons outside would also be considered littering. Next year's Student Council members meet by the Community Ed room at 11:50 am on Friday, May 30^th. This is a time change from before.

Summer school will be offered this summer in Chaska. The start date is June 9, 2003 and the ending date July 25, 2003. The hours will be from 8:00 am to noon. Students can earn credit in the following areas: Math, Health, Social studies, English, and P.E. This is offered for students in grades 10-12. The most credits a student can earn is one credit in this program. Stop in the Guidance Office this week is you plan on attending summer school.

The following students stop in the High School office today: Jenny Latzke, Nicole Oftelie, Drew Koloc, Ryan Maass, Lucy Mezzenga, Tara Schlecter, Amanda Robinson, Kody TeSlaa, Deanna Thaemert, and Jessica Solberg.

The following students need to stop in the office to pick up a "Spotlight on Scholarship" certificate: Adam Burandt, Joe Engebretson, and Clint Goetze.
